Exchanges & Returns

Is your order not what you expected? At Atelier Neko you can return your order within 14 days after you have received your package. It is possible to exchange the jewelry for another item or receive a refund.

Please note that due to hygiene all our earrings can not be returned!

Atelier Neko reserves the right to refuse returned products if it appears that they are worn, damaged or have not been returned within the stipulated deadline.

How can I exchange or return an item?

1. Send us an email at order@atelier-neko.com that you would like to exchange or return an item.
   Make sure you send us the order number.  
2. You will receive a return form. Please fill in the return form, print it and include it in the package.
3. Repack the item(s) in the same condition and in the same original jewelry box and packaging in which you received it (or any other solid carton box). 
   We will charge €5,- euro if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging
4. Send the package to:

Return costs are for your own account.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds can only be made with the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your order. We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return.

Can I exchange my item(s)?
If you would like to exchange your item(s) with another item of the same amount we can exchange it for you. You only need to pay the shipping fee. 

If the amount is different please place a new order online at www.atelier-neko.com and you will receive your refund for the item(s) you send back.
