WARRANTY

All Atelier Neko jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months counting from the date of
purchase. Each case will be reviewed individually by us.

Please contact us via order@atelier-neko.com with the following information:
- order number (can be found in your confirmation e-mail) and full name
- Photo/video of the damaged/broken item and a brief explanation

What will happen next?
In case we determine there has been a production error we will replace the item
at no fee. Please note the guarentee is voided in case a defect has arisen as a
result of not taking care of your jewelry or inproper use. This is also the case
when you or someone else have tried to modify the product.

Is your piece of jewelry purchased outside the period of 6 months?
Unfortunately damage to our products outside this period of 6 months after the
date of purchase is not covered by the guarentee policy. Additionally, the loss of
products is not covered by the guarantee conditions.

If a product is damaged outside the guarantee period you can always contact us to see if we can find a solution. We will review each case individually.
